Wake up sleepy head...

Meredith is definitely not at all a morning person.  I think she takes after me.  I am not so bad once I get going, but I have a hard time getting up in the mornings most of the time.  Every morning I get up about 45 minutes earlier than I need to so I can exercise before I get ready for work.  Meredith doesn't budge!  This is what I walk into every morning after I get ready for work...

Precious!  Sometimes I wish I could just hop in there with her.  We coat her hands in vaseline at night and put socks on her hands.  Her eczema is so bad in the winter months, and that seems to help some.  We have to make a game out of it, and have even made our own song that we sing when she is rubbing the vaseline in and putting her socks on.  

Every morning on the way to school we talk about how many days we have left until we get a day home together!  Meredith calls them "stay home days."  She loves "stay home days" and gets so excited on Friday when I tell her it's her last day of school for the week! 

I enjoy my "stay home days" with my two most favorite people...
